We are available Monday to Saturday between 10 AM to 7 PM (IST). We usually reply within 24 hours.
- We work closely with clients during the design and editing process.
- Once a project starts and work has begun, refunds are not provided except in very rare cases.
- If a project is canceled before the designing/editing begins, a partial refund may be considered.
- Minor revisions are allowed based on the project agreement. Major changes after project approval may require additional charges.
